12:30 – 12:45pm: Patrick H. Daly, Jr., Constituent Services Officer for the Office of County Executive Steven R. Schuh, cuts the ribbon on the TargetGov Office – Suite 204 (2nd floor) Door; presents proclamation and gives opening remarks.
12:45 – 12:55pm: Peirce Macgill, Business Development Associate with the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation gives congratulatory remarks.
12:55 – 1:05pm: Gloria Larkin, founder and president of TargetGov, accepts proclamation and gives brief remarks.
1:05 – 4:30pm: Reception for invited guests and press in the TargetGov Offices. By invitation only.
