Gloria Larkin, President of TargetGov and many other Women-Owned Government Contracting firms in the Central Maryland region will spend a day sharing, networking, and providing leadership development.

This one-day conference provides an opportunity for large and small group discussion of best practices. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask question of women who excel in leadership and who have played a role in growing businesses and the people they employ.
