The VIP START program is designed to help veteran-owned small businesses in entering or scaling the federal marketplace. Facilitated by subject matter experts, participants receive hands-on market-based instruction that helps prepare for procurement and mitigates company risk. Since the program launched in 2016, 581 Veteran-Owned Small Businesses have graduated from VIP START.
