Gloria Larkin, founder and President of TargetGov, will participate in the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce (MD) VIP Grow event on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. VIP Grow is a three-day certification program for veteran-owned businesses to help them increase their ability to win government contracts. Ms. Larkin will teach the Advanced Class on “Government Marketing to Win Contracts.”
