“What exactly do these rules and regs mean and how does it affect your clients?” That is the question that will be answered by TargetGov President Gloria Larkin at the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Center’s (APTAC) conference entitled “What Government ‘Acquisition Reform’ Means for Business.” The conference focuses on APTAC counselors, who help more than 70,000 businesses through 98 PTACs across the United States, and takes place in Washington, D.C.
