Gloria Larkin will present at the inaugural FedPath workshop of the Chesapeake Innovation Center (CIC) on October 5th. The CIC lauched FedPath, a hands-on government contracting workshop, to help CIC member companies and area technology entrepreneurs enhance their understanding of, and better compete in, the federal government contracting marketplace. Nationally recognized subject matter expert Ms.Larkin will speak on “Registering as a Federal Contractor” in this first module.

Grant support from the  Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) will allow FedPath workshops to take place the first Wednesday of the month, starting with the October 5 workshop. Future modules will address topics such as federal contracting basics, identification of key decision makers and purchasing agencies, particularly those in national security, successful opportunity searches, bid pricing, reporting requirements and audits.
