As someone who has built business through government contracting and has helped other companies increase government business, she speaks frequently to groups on the topic. Her long history of involvement in business and the community has earned her recognition as one of Maryland's Top 100 Women 2004; 2003 Innovator of the Year Award by the Daily Record; and Business of the Year Volunteer Award 2000 for the Business Women's Network.

The GBD is an online, live database directory, which became the pre-cursor of the Government Buyers Guide. The TargetGov division focuses on government procurement and related business development and marketing services.

For the past 19 years, Milton has worked with Human Resources and Procurement Officers to combat the challenges of healthcare and other employee benefits. He served for nearly a decade at Prudential Healthcare with responsibility for Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and People Management & Development. Later roles of broader scope were Vice President of CIGNA Healthcare, and Vice President of United Healthcare.

In addition to being a recognized speaker, Milton has published a series of articles on healthcare, wellness and disease management; and his opinion is sought by business groups and media outlets.
