Monthly Automatic Charge/Debit Purchase Agreement

I agree to pay TargetGov at Marketing Outsource Associates, Inc. a $79.00 monthly fee for single-user access to the TargetGov Government Buyers Directory (Service).  This is a 12 month subscription to the Service. The monthly Subscription Fee is $79.00 per month and will be billed to my credit card monthly until my subscription is cancelled. As long as I maintain these monthly payments the cost of the service will not increase. However, if I cancel the service and then wish to reinstate it, I will pay the then-current price for the new subscription. I hereby authorize TargetGov to charge my credit card for such amounts on a regular monthly basis beginning with my acceptance of these terms. If TargetGov is for any reason unable to effect automatic payment via my credit card, TargetGov will attempt to notify me via email and my access to the Service will be disabled until payment is received. Amounts paid for the Service are not refundable.
